- I am Pam aka Steve's sister.I will be keeping you informed of our events and where you can come taste the best BBQ around. I am also the official photographer for the cook team. Would like to share BBQ recipes and talk BBQ, so post us soon...Our cook team started in 2003 with doing fundraisers for our church, then we branched out to competition cooking most recently with the eastern NC circuit. We have won many trophies in the whole hog category and the taste test division. Our father instilled in us the love of cooking so naturally we had to follow in his footsteps.
