We are looking forward to our first big gig which will be
Jan. 31,2009 in downtown Franklin at the Bronco
Federal Credit Union on Stewart Dr .....This event will raise money
for the Franklin Bronco Football team....They won
the State Championship Division 1 Single A . Funds will
be raised to help purchase rings & jackets that they so
deserve..We are very proud of them...Come out to support
these guys....

Would like to share BBQ recipes and talk BBQ, so post us soon...Our cook team started in 2003 with doing fundraisers for our church, then we branched out to competition cooking most recently with the eastern NC circuit. We have won many trophies in the whole hog category and the taste test division. Our father instilled in us the love of cooking so naturally we had to follow in his footsteps.
